Console
Keyword and schedule
Choose what the group watches and when the briefing leaves.
Keywords
Open Console → Keyword & Schedule. Add a short term the group wants monitored. Active terms are considered on the next collection run. Saving a term does not start collection by itself.
Schedule
Set the digest to manual, daily, weekly, monthly, or an interval, and pick the language and timezone. Jobs that share a clock time start a few minutes apart so they do not all leave together.
Run status
The keyword page shows the latest collection status: queued, collecting, waiting, retrying, stopped, or finished, with how many stories are in progress. The topic page keeps showing the last published digest.
